Thanks to everyone who participated in Grill-A-Thon IV in Fargo, ND! The weather sure was cold but we had a great time. We had everthing on the grill from bison to lobster to peppers, mushrooms, and eggs. Kudos to Joe Riley’s “Tri-Pork!” His pork-wrapped stuffed pork invention turned out pretty amazing!
Since this Grill-A-Thon took place tailgating at an NDSU football game we had to adjust our setup a little bit. The Fargodome doesn’t allow anyone to enter the lot until 1PM for a 6PM game, but that didn’t stop the grillin’ to begin sooner! We mounted a couple grills in the back of my pickup so we could get in line in the early morning and grill while we waited to get in. That way we could keep on cookin’ as we inched our way into the lot. Zip zing!
Also, if anyone has pictures of the event you can upoad them to my MobileMe Gallery!

The event just gets better and better, and more and more people are continuing to get excited about the idea. We can’t wait for the next Grill-A-Thon and plans are already underway to prep for event number 5 which will be taking place somewhere on a frozen lake in Minnesota. Get your long underwear and handwarmers, because you’re not going to want to miss it!
