It’s almost here! That’s right, people. Grill-A-Thon IV!

Come one, come all to the latest and greatest in grilling adventures! The weather will be cold but the coals will be hot at 8am this Saturday in Fargo, ND. If you’re in town be sure to stop by the Fargodome and look for the Grill-A-Thon crew. That’s right, it’s an NDSU vs. SDSU tailgating extravaganza!

All you need to bring is your appetite, but if you’re really ambitious bring whatever food you’d like and throw it on the grill. There’s no rules except having a great time with great people. The best part… It’s free! Well, that’s the second best part. The best part is the food! Donations will be accepted.

If you’re not familiar with Grill-A-Thon, it’s about time you get acquainted. What started as a day with friends huddled around a charcoal grill is growing into an event you don’t want to miss. Basically, it’s an excuse for us to try new recipes and learn new techniques from each other as we try to grill the best food you’ve ever had. We’re not professionals, just hobbyists, so you’re welcome to bring your skills to the table!

Got an appetite? Bring it. Got food? Bring it. Got a grill? Bring it.

It’s a BYOB event as well. Also, be sure to bring cups! Gosh forbid the local authorities see your beverage’s actual container, because keeping that hidden happens to be more important than reducing trash and saving the environment. America!
